$9.8 Million Fillmore Central Bond Election
Patrons of the Fillmore Central Public School District will vote on a proposed $9.8 million bond issue on March 13th.  Funds from the bond would be used to construct a performing arts center/auditorium, a new music room, a new art room, a practice gym, wrestling room, locker rooms, and weight room.  Plans also call for renovation/remodel of science rooms.  A corridor east of the existing gymnasium would be added to provide direct access to the north part of the high school.
T. J. Schirmer an engineer with ClarkEnersen and a construction manager with Sampson Construction has been working with the facilities committee to fine tune the project and have narrowed it down to a one option.
