Fillmore County Hospital
in Geneva, is a newly built, $18.5 million, 55,587 square-foot, county-owned hospital that opened in 2012 and is licensed for 20 acute-care beds. Outpatient and inpatient services are provided along with in-house diagnostic services. The hospital owns and operates one ambulance for patient transfer.
A 13,200 square foot Behavioral Health Services unit was built in 2015. This serves 55+ age populations and deals with both preventative and in-patient treatment.

Fillmore County Medical Center is attached to the Fillmore County Hospital and was built in 2012. The clinic is a family/practice/general practice health center with five physicians. Milligan has a satellite medical clinic that is staffed one day a week. Mental health and counseling services are provided by Blue Valley Behavioral Health, Lemke Michels Pyschotherapy, and Jeanie Zink-Wythers. Additional health care services available in Fillmore County include one dentist, one optometrist, two chiropractors, two massage therapists, and one pharmacy.
